Probably the most prominent building in Otsu, on the other side of the mountains from my home in Kyoto's Yamashina Ward.
Lake Biwa is Japan's largest lake, covering 670.4 square kilometers (258.84 square miles).
I'm very curious what that building out in the middle of the lake is.
